XP-Antispyware 2011
Over an hour of lots of research, troubleshooting, changing system files and installing a reputable (*hopefully*) spyware program I think I've irradicated this virus from our desktop.
This was all done with Barney playing in the background and JR sleeping off the flu.
Apparently I am also a computer technician now.
My head hurts.
What did you end up using?
ReplyDeleteOur antivirus is ZoneAlarm (it's what the feds use on the forensics computers they provide him).
I think its called Super-Antispyware or something like that. It is really great! :) So far the computer is running very well and I'm happy.
